To appeal to young people, theatre should be innovative, interactive and digital: such is the view of the presenters of this production that resembles a marketing show. A droll and satirical fable about our hyperconnected society.
This false conference is to be taken with a pinch of salt. The Ramdam collective pretends to celebrate what it is criticising: manipulation and propaganda, the cult of power and money, and the Silicon Valley ideology of “always more and always faster”. Inspired by the tradition of satirical theatre and the hoaxes of the Yes Men group, the Belgian comedians go over the top. Their aim: to stimulate debate among young people.
The Ramdam Collectif is a blend of three young Belgian entrepreneurs/consultants concerned by Art and Innovation.They are looking for new forms.
